Its soft white colour comes from the cooked must of locally grown Trebbiano white grapes. However its colour isn’t a weakness when compared to the other balsamic vinegars! Invisible but tasty, its unique fresh flavour will surprise and give all the Balasmic flavour notes without altering the colour of the food.
